Tips & investigations
Neuman Juridik investigates how Swedish authorities work in practice. Use this page to flag documentation gaps, systemic failures, and patterns worth journalistic follow-up — not to request legal representation or advice.
This is a tip line for investigative coverage and public interest. We do not accept intake for personal representation.
We follow up when documentation, routines or decisions fail in ways that affect many people.
Reference numbers, decisions, emails and timelines make a tip workable — even without full identification.
You can stay anonymous in the first contact. Describe what exists, not only what you suspect.

If you already have material — a decision, email thread or case notes — you can email directly. A short background and which authority is involved is enough.

Social services & investigations
IVO writes that more than 3,000 children a year wait too long for interventions after decisions. At the same time, the JO has directed serious criticism at social welfare boards where the documentation was so deficient that cases could hardly be followed.
Documentation
What is a public document, how do you request documents from the police, social services, schools and Försäkringskassan, and what do you do in case of confidentiality or delay.
Appeals & oversight
JO complaint via e-service (form), ready template, and consequences. When the Parliamentary Ombudsman (JO) assists – and when you should instead appeal or request a reconsideration.
