Two inboxes
registrator@neumanjuridik.com receives material, tips and other messages that should get a case number.
kansli@neumanjuridik.com receives general correspondence to the practice.
Acknowledgement of receipt
An incoming email gets an automatic acknowledgement. It states the date and an internal case number, for example NJ-REG-2026-0001 or NJ-KAN-2026-0001.
The number is ours. It is not an authority diary number, and what you send does not become a public record. The Swedish principle of public access does not apply to Neuman Juridik.
A receipt means the message arrived. It is not an assessment of the contents, not legal advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Neuman Juridik is not a law firm, not a registered legal practice and not an authority. We do not take on work as counsel.
You cannot answer the receipt
The receipt is sent from an address that does not read replies. A reply to that message is not treated as a supplement.
Send a new email to the same address you used first, and quote the case number in the subject or the text. A new email gets a new receipt.
What we do with the message
We read it and assess whether it has public interest for investigation, guidance or publication. We do not always reply.
- We may use information in articles and guides when there is a public interest.
- We remove or mask what is not needed, especially information about people other than the person who wrote to us.
- We do not promise to publish, and we do not promise not to.
Tips on the website
Shorter tips can be sent encrypted through the tip form. If you leave an email address there, you receive a separate receipt with a case number in the form NJ-TIPS-year-number. That address is used only for the receipt and is not stored in the tip.
If you have documents, audio or video, ask for a time-limited upload link. The files are encrypted in your browser before they are sent.
Ordinary email is not a safe channel for sensitive personal data, secrecy, healthcare, social services or an ongoing criminal case. Use the tip form and the secure upload for that material.
