Neuman Juridik investigates how Swedish authorities work in practice. Use this page to flag documentation gaps, systemic failures, and patterns worth journalistic follow-up — not to request legal representation or advice.
This is a tip line for investigative coverage and public interest. We do not accept intake for personal representation.

You can stay anonymous in the first contact. Describe what exists, not only what you suspect.

If you already have material — a decision, email thread or case notes — you can email directly. A short background and which authority is involved is enough.

Helpful details in the tip
- Which authority or actor is involved, and any reference number or decision date if you have one.
- What fails: missing notes, conflicting records, decisions never issued, or patterns over time.
- What material you can share: decisions, emails, case extracts or other documentation (preferably without personal data in the first step).
- If you want to stay anonymous, how we can reach you for follow-up without revealing your identity.
Examples of leads we follow up
- Documentation gaps where decisions are made without written records or follow-up never happens.
- System failures where registers, case files or routines are used in ways that conflict with law or policy.
- Patterns across multiple cases that suggest structural problems rather than isolated mistakes.
Encrypted tips
Send sensitive material with PGP
If a tip contains sensitive information, you can encrypt text and attachments with our public PGP key before emailing. Email subject lines are usually not encrypted, so keep the subject neutral.

- Encrypt the text or files locally on your computer before attaching them to an email.
- Send the encrypted text or encrypted file to the contact address above. Never include unencrypted originals in the same email thread.
- Keep the original material and note when you sent it. PGP protects content, but not all metadata.
